With a master’s degree in Communication and 18 years of experience in Communication and Journalism, Kastriot has a broad range of creative skills. He translates brand strategies into visual poetry, technological intricacies into clear eye-catchers and complicated identities into impactful designs. And more often than not, you can spot a clever or playful detail in his work. He is a contractor for UN in Kosovo, and previously worked for the Prime Minister of Kosovo as political adviser, responsible for all the communication aspects of the PM and the Government of Kosovo. Previously, he has worked for OSCE Mission in Kosovo, and other international organizations in the capacity of Communications Specialist, such as EU Office in Kosovo, Helwetasss Swiss, etc.
In the past, he has worked as business consultant for the most prominent consulting firms, PR agencies and local NGO’s in Kosovo. He is a civic activist and an award-winning journalist. He now brings his skills to NOMAD Consulting.

He holds the title PhD in Management & Business Administration. He has completed doctoral studies at New York University, Tirana. He is currently a professor at UBT University in Kosovo where he teaches on Entrepreneurship and Innovation and Public Sector Management. Throughout his career he has held leadership positions and responsibilities in the public, private and non-governmental sectors. In the public sector, recently, 2020 – 2021 he has been Deputy Minister in the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports, and previously for 7 years he was the Municipal Director of Culture, Youth and Sports in the Municipality of Peja. He lived for 10 years in Zurich, Switzerland where he was mainly engaged in entrepreneurship. He has also led non-governmental organizations, carrying out project implementation in cooperation with international and local organizations. He has extensive experience as a trainer in business problem solving, human resource management, simplification and process improvement, creation and business development, business reorganization, adding business value. He has published academic papers in international journals dealing with the quality administration in public institutions.

She started her career within accounting while pursuing bachelor studies and quickly advanced to become Accountant Manager for the largest construction company in Kosovo, Partner & Dervisholli. She kept moving into accounting and worked with international projects for a world leading company with colleagues and clients across the globe.
